Why didn't my post send?

Make sure:

  • Groupie is in the group
  • Groupie has admin access
  • You completed the full post flow (including time)
  • The scheduled time was valid

Can I edit or cancel a post or event?

Yes! Use the following commands in your private chat:

Groupie edit post <title>
Groupie cancel post <title>
Groupie edit event <title>
Groupie cancel event <title>

How do I create an event with RSVP?

Use:

Groupie create event for Saturday 4pm: Birthday Party

Groupie will ask for your group, optional description, and confirm the schedule.

How do I set my timezone?

Use:

Can Groupie remind me about events?

Yes! Use:

Groupie remind me about <event name or time>

Groupie will send you a private message reminder.

How do I add Groupie to a WhatsApp group?

  • 1.Open your group in WhatsApp
  • 2.Tap "Add Participant"
  • 3.Add Groupie
  • 4.Make Groupie an admin

Why does Groupie need to be an admin?

Groupie needs admin access to:

  • Post scheduled content
  • Send reminders to the group
  • Manage roles (e.g., promote/demote)

It won't take any actions without your commands.

You'll lose access to Pro-only tools (AI, analysis, etc.), but posts/events stay intact.

How do I register?

Send:

Groupie register <your name>

Groupie will create your account based on your phone number and send you a password.

Where do I log in to manage things?

Visit: groupiehq.com/login

Use your phone number and the password Groupie gave you during registration.
