How do I get started?
Tap Add Groupie on WhatsApp and send Hi Groupie or Hola Groupie. Register with Groupie register your_username. Add Groupie to a group you administer, then send REFRESH GROUPS in your private chat.
Do I need to use the dashboard?
No. Manage events, announcements and reminders in your private chat with Groupie. The dashboard gives you an optional, more detailed view.
Does Groupie monitor my group chats?
Group chat monitoring is off. Optional private memory requires your consent. Paid plans include AI assistance by default; send STOP AI to turn it off. Free users can opt in within their plan allowance.
When are messages sent?
You review the message, recipient and time before approving an event, post or custom reminder. Groupie sends it at the approved time. A saved commitment creates a private follow-up review prompt. Sending that follow-up needs your approval.
Are events included in Pro?
Yes. Pro includes 3 new events per calendar month, with RSVP responses, event images and reminders. Editing or rescheduling an existing event does not use another event allowance. Groups covered by your paid workspace are ad-free.
Can I upgrade today?
Open Plan & billing in your workspace to see checkout availability and upgrade. One owner pays and invited administrators share the plan. Choose Pro for events, scheduled announcements and recurring reminders, or a larger plan for more groups and administrators.
How do I log in?
Choose Log in, select your country code and enter your WhatsApp number. Enter the newest code from Groupie in the same browser. No email or password is needed.
